At Mesh 13, we strive to deliver exactly what you order. If we ever make a mistake by delivering the wrong grade or make of material that you didn't select, we'll gladly take it back at no cost to you. For all other returns, a nominal charge applies: ₹150 for items up to 40 kg, and ₹3 per kg for items over 40 kg. Please note that the material must be in good condition, unopened, and undamaged to be eligible for return.
